SOFTWARE GENESIS GROUP a company registered in England under the company number 12273882 whose registered office is Suite 115, Devonshire House Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire (SOFTWARE GENESIS GROUP, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) operates and controls the Garden Of Love websites www.gardenoflove.net and also its applications (which are referred to as “Platform”), together with our software, and connected online and off-site services (which are referred to as “Service”). The Garden Of Love is a social network created to connect people to support each other for good cause. To reach this, we need to create and preserve a positive, engaging, and safe environment. Our Community Guidelines describe how we endeavor to create a safe and positive community on our Platforms and Services with you and for you. We ask all Users to abide by the following Community Guidelines. Users found to be acting outside of our guidelines risk account suspension or removal from the Garden Of Love.

• Promote love and friendship. Never engage in hate speech or any other comments that express prejudice based on ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or similar grounds.
• Promote honesty and confidence. Never share content that you know is, or you think maybe, misleading, or inaccurate, including misinformation or disinformation. Never post “deepfake” images or videos of others or otherwise post content that has been manipulated to deceive. Never create a fake account, and never impersonate others. Never scam, defraud, or deceive others. Never share malicious software that puts our Users, our Platform, or our ServiceS at risk.
• Respect the safety of minors. Never engage in any activity that abuses, harms, endangers, or exploits a person under the age of 18.
• Respect laws and regulations. Never use our PlatformS and Services to engage in any activity which violates laws or regulations; in particular to engage in any way in criminal activities, including human exploitation.
• Respect the intellectual property of others. Never use our Platforms and Services to infringe the copyrights and trademarks of others. We encourage everyone to create and share original content.

Comment Moderation Policy

We will not tolerate and reserves our right to remove any posts or comments that:

• are hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, disturbing, violent, or inappropriate.
• threatens and incites violence.
• are abusive, bullying, threatening, or harassing others.
• contain spam, or any fake engagement, as well as phishing attempts.
• refers to criminal or illegal activity.
• are sexually explicit or pornographic.
• put minors in danger or in any way is illegal or abusive.
• are fraudulent, and include information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
